I sign up on a GamerHD plan which cost S$69 monthly with free setup installation and Free router Asus RT-N56U which is a year contract. The download speed is up to 150mbps and upload is up to 75mbps. So it was installed in the morning 15 July 2013 by the engineer who bring in nucleus connect ONT to plug in port one of my TP, done signal test of the port. Then he use a laptop do a speedtest to plug in the network cable directly on the ONT. So we proceed to install the Asus router to replace my old Linksys E3200 for better in my living room.

Then we go to my bedroom, plug in the voice adaptor, he plug in the network cable to the switch to do a speedtest uplink to my living room asus router so it was no problem as I get the subscribed speed. The voice adaptor was already activated with a fixed line number allocated to me so I cannot choose my favorite number from a list. Then he ask me to sign three pieces of paper so he left about 20 minutes in my house. I e-mail the static ip form to them, but found out that I make a mistake in the mac address. So I call up the customer service and she gave me her e-mail address and cc to the e-mail address for the correct mac address. So I write to make amend on the correct mac address on the same form and scan to e-mail them. Very quickly about 10 minutes, I received the static IP address so I just put in to my asus router and it works immediately. I configured the VPN account on the asus router as it support only pptp as It does not support SSL or web based login at all. I tried on my windows 8 pro laptop and it works well. After a week later, I go to asus web sites to download the latest firmware at http://support.asus.com and it had even better performance and web video streaming and downloading improved and faster stable a lot as the firmware is quite old out of the box. So I received my first month invoice which I can view it on their website under myaccount and a week later it was deducted from my credit card on file.

The M1 fiber broadband connection was terminated at end July as previous post. So I need to pay S$160 of termination charges which I left 8 months for the contract to be end in next year march end. The M1 customer service officer by calling the call center had waived the S$18 collection charges for weekday between 5 to 8pm and every S$10 for mobile line discount for 3 months for the previous post as I made the complaint. I do not know should I consider to get second broadband line as backup like starhub cable 100mbps. If under two years contract it will cost S$39.90 monthly, S$24.90 for 25 mbps but both early termination charges of 2 years contract pro rated at S$400 plus GST same for both plan. If I getting another mobile post paid line from starhub then I will have additional 5% off subscription for their broadband and cable TV 10% off subscription and mobile line is from 15% up to 30% off subscription with yearly handset recon tract instead of 21 months. But I know that both starhub broadband and mobile are not so good in terms of speed of broadband and reception coverage of mobile network locally.

If you are in the hardwarezone forum like http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg , you see the viewqwest is offering 5 usable Public Static IP for monthly S$50 to home user, but I do not think the all in one zhone ONT router can support. So you end up fork up pocket money even to buy Edge Lite router to connect to the zhone ONT router then got to buy another wifi router or wifi access point to have static IP and internet sharing on wireless or wired using NAT unless you have only have up to 5 network device so all configure using STATIC ip no need to buy router or use DHCP leasing 5 IP address only. Compare to Nuclear connect ONT and very small powerful fast stable cute looking design Asus Router RT-N56U then to a zhone router ONT all in one viewqwest is using very big like elephant. Up to now, viewqwest homepage, facebook, hardwarezone forums had no news on the sales of value added subscription of 5 usable public IP to their home broadband subscriber.

On Sun 14 July I called M1 to terminate Fibre. So just now M1 come to took the ONT where my parent is in. He told her that I want the LAN cable so she called me. As I talk to him he is demanding back a LAN cable as I told him ONT, fibre patch cord and AC adaptor is in. If he want he can go to my room to took the cable there on top of my piano left side. So what he does is that he mess up my other ISP connection by plug out a live network connection so my voice is not working till I come home and I was shock to found out. I attached four photo.

This is very unprofessional, I called up M1, she said send photo to her MMS mobile so I did send these 4 photo as above. So She call me received and said can waived the ONT collection charges of S$18 before GST and not other so my bill will be extra S$200 for termination charges and penalty next month.

If I paid next month bill fully by next month and found out that port 2 of the TP is not released, I will go to Sub Court Small claim to submit an money order of S$10,000 to M1 to lodge a case for this as if very high amount small claim cannot do it need to hire civil lawyer where the law firm can accept your case by download purchase a business profile and download claim form typed printed and sign.

Then I got to see the registrar and with M1 see what they say. If not successful or I rejected their offer of small claim like a bargain of less than 1K for example, the registrar may decide put our case to trial.

I heck care if M1 says like it is opennet issue or technical issue not able to release port now. If they can’t do, pay damages. I monthly pay S$39 for 100MB fibre without fail since end mar 2012 to M1.

If that M1 guy is Elvis Seow as written, if I see him I really f**k U on the street.

I stay in Postal code 760288, in a HDB Room4S Flat. I would not know if MP can help me in this so getting a lawyer to get court order in order to switch ISP.

I sign up with viewqwest. They submit an order to take over port 1 but it was rejected on 26 June 2013 by opennet. So I called up M1 customer service and they said they already submit an request on 25 June 2013 to release port 1 as I use port 2. This will take 3 to 5 working days.

So on the Friday 28 June 2013, I call up viewqwest to let them know about this issue so she proceed on submit an order to opennet again to take over port 1. On 02 July 2013 I call up M1 customer service, they are still checking with fibre department and said will expedite and hopefully tomorrow they can get back to me. On 03 July 2013 around noon, I in paragon M1 customer service to talk to manager. So one of the staff come out I do not know if she is really a manager spoken to her. So She go in and check that they are not able to contact the fibre department. She also said will get back to me call me tomorrow.

On Friday 05 July 2013 I call up viewqwest so she told me this is the second time opennet rejected the order just today. I told her to send e-mail and so I received an e-mail of two order reference number which opennet rejected.

On Friday 05 July 2013 6pm, I in Paragon M1 customer service and speak to their staff. So he ask me which Internet Service Provider do I sign up with. I told them is Viewqwest. So he said this is not a fiber service department here. He said that he can get back to me call me on Monday as fibre service department work Monday to Friday office hour only. I told him that why yesterday no one contacted me since Wednesday 03 July 2013 I come down here also. He say sorry for the delay and given no explanation for the delay. I told him I cannot accept it and will get a lawyer for court order to release port 1. Opennet which I call them the hotline which viewqwest given me and she call me back says there is nothing it can be done. One house unit can have only one TP, I cannot install additional TP. Only ISP can submit request to terminate port and not from house owner which is only M1 as they occupy both ports now.

So the history is in Last year March, I sign up M1 fiber broadband. As I able to get free fixed voice, I sign up the service in this year May, come to change my ONT in my house to use port 2 as they cannot activate port one for fixed voice service.

Any advise? Even I terminate fiber broadband with M1 now, I do not think I can switch to other ISP for fiber broadband in my house same unit.

If I hire lawyer, I hope I can claim as much legal fee as possible from parties involved if court order was issued as it is getting things done at much losses for both parties.

I receive the e-mail in Last month June, I though it was a mistake made by the staff or spam so I did not reply. A few days later I received the e-mail said that she did not receive my reply. So I not sure if this got to do with anything with my previous posting of what the worship pastor had said to me or they are really inviting me. So I do not know how to reply so I wrote I think it may be mistake as I submitted the application on this year February end but receive no reply. So she replied and said sorry pastor Daniel had spoken to me so I no need to come for worship ministry introduction session. After this session if I interested can sign up to go for audition. I wrote to her and said I blacklisted from this ministry anymore so do not made this mistake again. So I forward the e-mail to my care group leader to said I may not welcome to this church so not able to come for your care group. She whatapps me an message said I am welcome to her care group after reading my e-mail. I do show concern and care about her care group so send e-mail to clarify why I having difficulty in come her care group as below.

I had a consultation with the consultation at the Subordinate court with an assistant registrar. On May I paid S$10 to log a case. Then see the director of the company but she said no refund. So a consultation was arranged on 3 June 2013 4.30pm, then the consultant come to represent the company. The registrar make suggest to give 50% discount so from my money order which I wrote S$1.3K become over 6 hundreds dollars. Then she go out as advised by registrar to call her office to accept the offer. So she come back and the company bargain five hundred dollars. The registrar said why bargain so much for such a small amount so I said never mind I accepted the offer.

So waited until 17 June 2013 which is the court order issue due date for payment at night my mail did not received the cheque, then on 18 June 2013 I called the office and she pick up to said they send out the cheque already. On 24 June 2013, I called so her colleague pick up and I said I going to get lawyer so your company will pay more if no payment received after due date 17 June 2013. On 25 June 2013 I called and talk to the consultant that I will enforce order if no payment is received. she said already mail out. Later at night my mail box got a cheque from the company bank in and Thursday afternoon got the fund.

My principle is not for money, it just that I not happy with the service so take them to court as the internet research shows in my previous posting. The registrar said to conduct trail decision is on him so I no need to have trail after consultation case closed.

Last month I received the result that I passed all modules and with the transcript it shows classification as distinction as the highest is still high distinction which I cannot get. In year 2005 I studied Diploma in IT Full time in private at the same school TMC academy got only a pass. Last time it was 6 modules in diploma, now it is 10 modules including project for higher diploma. But if you want to spend two years part time to study a higher diploma in without any advance standing can have 16 modules including project at http://www.tmc.edu.sg . I had short listed the two school to study my degree which is this school and informatics http://www.informatics.edu.sg/ . After I visited both school and get the letter of offer from both of them, I decided to go informatics as it is one year course part time compare to 1.5 years in TMC but the school fee is similar and also 6 modules core and 1 project. I will be starting class next July this year and I have maximum of 3 years to get degree in Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science and Information Systems (TOP UP). In fact, TMC is better in adv diploma and diploma as it had specialization to choose from where informatics do not have currently until you study degree.

I left due to the reason that I submitted to serve in a choir Ministry since End of Feb this year. I received a call in my working hour from a worship pastor as so he like to hear do I have any recording done before. So I told him he can see it at http://www.youtube.com/kokwee81 . After a few minutes he called up and told me that I had a very bad voice, he as a worship pastor on stage sing better that me asking me to serve other ministry instead. It was over 20 minutes on phone and I have no time as I need to work so I hung up without listen much of what he preach to me on the phone for the gospel of grace.

I had let my care group leader knows about what the worship pastor tell me that I left her care group and send to church a request to remove my particulars on the database such as NOAH so all these had been done. I no longer attending new creation church regularly to made it my home church. I currently visiting other church.

At that day after last weekend I went to Batam trip with cell group I met up with my cell group leader simply saying farewell to his cell group as he had given me the blessing to left his cell group. That trip to batam was not very enjoyable even they had put an effort of organising about 33 people in a group to go together with a tour guide. Even thought it was quite costly, the foods are not really our taste and we are an expert to waste the whole food on the table even we are a believer of Jesus Christ to let everyone see. The clothes also like not so nice and my family said this are of a poor made come here and sell.

End of last year in 2011, I attended the church membership class and was accepted to be a member. The reason why I sign up as a member as I last time want to join the church choir like praise light so I call up the church and the staff told me I need to become a member of this church in order to arrange for me to go audition. After I was a church member, I call the church and the staff will arrange a pastor to speak to me. So I met up the pastor in church and he said I cannot join the choir due to my voice does not blend in well to sing in tune without even arranging an audition. Plus the batam trip I was quite disappointed then I resign from this church membership and left to look for another church to worship.

I would not be providing much update on City Harvest. The first trial had been started on Wednesday 15 May 2013 and ended on 23 May 2013 Thursday take about six days. I think on the Tuesday 21 May 2013 on the news channel 8 10pm that City harvest church misuse fund due to the reason that they are going to support the cross over project for Sun concert or singing music etc. but due to the bank loan interest is too high they had hold meeting that about 500 executive member which they had consent to use church fund to support the project of preach the gospel to let people to the Lord. This may be happen way back about year 2008. Even the church had said that there are no loss as the money had already been put back.

The second trial will start like on this year August or September. As you know I go to some news web sites to simply copy and paste the contents on here and given the reference. As city harvest had started the trial so I would likely giving less update or not at all until the second trial.
