I consulted the lawyer paid S$160.50 in cash for first time about 30 minutes. He said no need to fight just close the case with small claim will do. He also said that the phone call from that job agency said if I loss the case or it was drop from small claim tribunal, they will get lawyer to sue me from damages claim that the company suffer bad reputation and also time spend in hearing from me is totally rubbish.
He said job agency is running a business, if I resign within 3 months, they get nothing from my employer so they get a month of salary so simple from me. He said look carefully before sign. If they did not harm you make it too difficult to work physically, just stay in the company for 3 months since I was paid even doing nothing in office and left that all very simple.
